A few quiet minutes with the water
Each day, a few lines from The Well Being of Water: Surrender to Self by aquatic healer Amal Lana. Read one, send one, keep one. Take what you need.
1Carry this

Stay awake. Something here belongs to you.
Passage One · The Fear That Opened the Way · p. 27
2Send this
Fear is not the opposite of healing ~ it is often the doorway to it. The water has been waiting patiently on the other side of every fear you have ever carried.
Passage One · The Fear That Opened the Way
3Sit with this
- What fear have you been holding so tightly that your hands have forgotten what it feels like to open?
- What might the water be waiting to show you on the other side of it?
From Passage One, The Fear That Opened the Way
4Try this
If someone is missing from your life right now, this one is for you. If not, keep it for a day you need it.
Let go of the wall
In a pool or a warm bath, let the water take a little of your weight for one minute.
Go gently in water. Never float alone, and if you have a health condition or are pregnant, check with your doctor before warm-water practices.
